Delete your Player NextGen account
This page lets you permanently delete your Player NextGen account and all data associated with it. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you use in the app.
What gets deleted
- Your account (sign-in identity)
- Your saved IPTV provider connections and credentials
- Your favorites and recently-watched channels
- Your watch progress
- Any pending device-pairing session
When
Deletion happens immediately once you confirm below — there is no retention period. We don't keep a copy of your data after this. (Standard, non-identifying operational logs used to run and secure the service may persist briefly per our infrastructure provider's own log-retention policy, separate from your account data.)
How
- Sign in below with the same Google or Apple account you use in the app.
- Confirm the deletion.
- Your account and data are deleted right away — this cannot be undone.
